We accept returns and replacements under the following conditions:

Eligibility

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery via return@entealth.com, along with supporting photographs or proof of issue

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels and accessories intact

Non-Returnable Products – For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories of products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Sterile medical devices or consumables

Opened or used healthcare items

Products with tampered packaging or missing components
