Order Cancellation – Entealth

Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
- To request a cancellation, please contact our team at order.cancellation@entealth.com with your order details
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible

After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the product is found defective or damaged upon delivery, you may request a replacement or return
