Once a return is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase

If the payment was made via bank transfer, customers must share valid bank details for the refund

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product)

 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@entealth.com, including photographs of the package and product
  2. Upon verification, Entealth will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as applicable

Timelines

 

Credit to bank/card account: may take an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time
